Big Fish Building Consultancy can identify works and programme a costed Planned Preventative Maintenance or Life Cycle Management schedule over a duration of five, ten or twenty years. Ideally, the schedule should be reviewed and updated annually and we can assist with this.
We can also offer ongoing assistance with the management and implementation of Planned Preventative Maintenance or Life Cycle Management works as part of our Project Services offering.
In some instances specialist advice may be required and we can independently coordinate with these specialists on your behalf. These additional specialist services sometimes include mechanical and electrical engineering advice, structural engineering advice and lift surveys.
